Every manufactured wire harness undergoes 100% final inspection.
Inspection takes place on specialist test stations.
The test stations are controlled by dedicated computer-based controllers. Individual checks use electrical measuring instruments, leak-detection sensors, other sensors and vision cameras, among other equipment.
