The solder preforms on our components are securely attached, preventing detachment during subsequent manufacturing stages or transport. Our attachment technology does not melt or remove the flux contained inside the preforms, which is essential for correct soldering at a later stage.
Solder can be formed into preforms of various shapes and attached to a range of components, including flat bars, sheet-metal parts, Ampliwar-type wire crimps and ultrasonically compacted wire ends.
