Sensor assembly station
In addition to wire harnesses, we assemble vehicle body tilt sensors on a specialist, fully automatic workstation. All process parameters are monitored during assembly, particularly the tightening torque applied when fastening components. The process ends with a complete check of the sensor's characteristic response. Inspection results and parameters measured during production are archived.
