Wire processing equipment and automatic machines
Automatic wire processing machines and other wire processing equipment are a core part of wire harness production. They cut wires to length, strip insulation, insert seals, crimp terminals and print wire markings.
These operations can be performed together on automatic machines or separately on dedicated equipment. Processes are monitored in every case, particularly terminal crimping, where every crimp is monitored by a crimp process monitoring system.
Most of this equipment was manufactured by the Swiss company Komax. We also operate machines from leading industry suppliers Mecal, Hanke, JST and TE.
