Ultrasonic welders, soldering machines and automatic potting equipment
In addition to standard machines for joining wires by crimping, our equipment includes ultrasonic welders used in the manufacture of wire harnesses for hybrid and electric vehicles. Sealed sensors and probes are also essential components of hybrid and electric vehicles. We can manufacture them on an integrated automatic soldering and resin potting machine or on separate automatic soldering and potting machines.
We also operate an automatic machine for attaching solder preforms to wires and harnesses used in automotive window-heating systems.
