The main products of the company are various types of oil dipsticks with tubes for internal combustion engines, metal components produced by means of chipless forming, and a wide range of electric bundles used in the automotive industry. The company has its own department of plastics processing and tool-room specialized in the production of tools and equipment for chipless forming and injection molds. ELEKTROMETAL company, which is based in 1339 Jasienica, was founded in 1984.The owner and Chairman of the company is MSc Tadeusz Pączek.

DEVELOPMENT AND PLANS

ELEKTROMETAL company was founded in 1984. At first, the scope of production was limited to the small metal parts intended for the aftermarket, as well as the additional equipment for cars. Then, the production was extended with parts and components delivered directly to car manufacturers. The main customer of the company in that period was Fabryka Samochodów Małolitrażowych (later FIAT AUTO POLAND). Back then, the actions taken by ELEKTROMETAL company intended to ensure the high-quality of delivered elements resulted in the obtaining of Certificate of Supply Quality AQP in 1999. It gave the company possibility to deliver parts directly to production without additional systematic controls. The further development of the company, as well as ensuring appropriate conditions for the maintenance of production reliability and proper working conditions for the crew, led to the creation of the Department No. 2 in Jaworze / Bielsko-Biała Słoneczna Street 333 in 1995. This department has created the possibility of extending operations of ELEKTROMETAL company over providing products for many other automotive companies, such as::

Measures aimed at continuous improvement of the products quality, as well as assurance of stability and reliability of the entire production process, led the company to the introduction of a Quality Management System compliant with ISO / TS 16949: 2002 norm, positively approved by external auditing organizations. Currently, the company plans to expand the production facility which will allow further development and expansion of number of customers, mainly foreign companies from the automotive industry.

In 2013, the company headquarters were moved to a new facility located in 1339 Jasienica (near Bielsko-Biała). In 2014, this building was expanded.

GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

The company’s objective is the production of parts and components for the automotive industry. We deliver our products to domestic, as well as overseas customers. Production is based on chipless forming of metals, plastics processing, and above all, the processing of the electrical wires and manufacturing of complete electric bundles used in cars.

EMPLOYMENT

ELEKTROMETAL company has qualified staff which ensures a stable realization of the quantitative and qualitative goals. Systems of staff training and improvement ensures the maintenance of a high quality, as well as the flexibility in responding to diverse and changing quantitative and product range requirements of all our customers. At present, the company employs over one hundred staff.

ECOLOGY

In all its actions, ELEKTROMETAL company management places great emphasis on the ecology. Processes, as well as any other actions taken on the company’s grounds, are planned and implemented in a safe way for the environment.
To effectively and properly pursue this objective, Environmental Management System compliant with ISO 14001:2015 norm has been introduced. It has been also positively approved by an external auditing organization.
